Grief is like the ocean; it comes
on waves ebbing and flowing.
Sometimes the water is calm, and
sometimes it is overwhelming. All we
can do is learn to swim & hold on.

judgment. Grief is as individual as a
fingerprint. Do what is right for your soul what you think in just a blink of an eye.
